Terms of use

Last updated 25 October 2026. This site is a free, non-commercial fan concept made by Appel Studios to show what an interactive website can feel like. Nothing is sold here and nothing here is advertised for money.

Whose world this is

Winterfell, House Stark and the world of A Song of Ice and Fire belong to George R. R. Martin and their rights holders, including HBO for the television series. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. No footage, stills, music, audio, actor likeness or official artwork is used. Every model, texture, sound cue and line of copy on the site was made or licensed by Appel Studios, and the credits say where each thing came from.

Using the site

You may look, play and share links to it. Please do not copy the code, the 3D work, the images or the writing and present them as your own, or use them commercially, without asking us first.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. It uses WebGL and may run slowly or not at all on some devices; a static version is offered when WebGL is missing and can be chosen from the menu. We are not responsible for any loss that comes from using it.

Rights holders

If you hold rights in the world this concept draws on and want something changed or taken down, write to us through appelstudios.com and we will act on it promptly.
